Kalibrate’s Calendar Organizer is a powerful yet simple component to continually show upcoming events or activities within your organization. Kalibrate allows for multiple calendars for different groups or activities; each calendar is also connected to and a part of one master calendar. Admin users can even assign an individual calendar to a specific page on the site. The calendar manager generates an actual calendar view with all events, allowing users to click through the months to find upcoming activities.

Kalibrate’s Calendar Organizer has the flexibility for creating one-time events or creating ongoing events that occur weekly or monthly. To create ongoing events, just enter the event details once and select one of the repeat options. That event is then dynamically, or automatically, generated across those dates.

For each event, you can display:

• description (time, date, location)
• contact information specific to that event
• thumbnails to highlight the event or series of events
• additional pages for more information
