In 2002, Chris Glenn and Jeff Stark set out on a mission to conquer the world. Falling short of that, they settled on dominating the web, more importantly web development and web-based software that ultimately improves efficiency and communication for organizations around the globe. Since there was no formula already in place, they called their web-worthy venture Digital Function.
