Why do we license our software?
Much like buying a car, you have the option to lease or own. Leasing involves a monthly service plan while owning gives the buyer complete ownership of, and responsibility for, the vehicle. When it comes to web-based software, you can either pay a larger cost upfront, in addition to implementation costs, for the rights to use our software with no regulation or monitoring from Digital Function. Or, to save resources, you may opt to pay a per-month fee and allow Digital Function to service the site on a regular basis. Depending on your licensing option, the responsibility to host and monitor the site will be on your company or Digital Function. Either way, you’ll receive great benefits and returns from Kalibrate.

What best fits your business?
Kalibrate Website Management Solutions are not only flexible when it comes to the functionality, but we have also made it flexible when it comes to licensing, or purchasing, our software. Your business model will determine the licensing option that’s right for you. If you have a smaller budget and limited or no access to web programmers, a monthly ASP plan would be the best fit. If you have a larger budget and a staff of web programmers, a server site license will most likely be your best solution.
